Short notes. Free test first.
An IQ sitting estimates how you solve unfamiliar pattern problems relative to a reference group, on a scale centred near 100. It is a snapshot of performance on that day — not a soul, not a destiny, not a medical file.
Progressive-matrix items ask you to complete visual patterns. They minimise language load so the sitting can travel across tongues. They still carry culture, practice, and sleep. Treat the number as a map pin, not a brand on your forehead.
Alpha Standard is a short free progressive-matrix sit. Forty-four puzzles, read off a provisional scale centred on 100, with a likely range — honest about being house-scaled, not a clinical battery.
Answers are checked server-side. Your free score appears on screen when you finish. Optional paid extras (named certificate; Q-by-Q rundown + full synopsis; deep synopsis + chosen elite certificate; adult sit; Codex) come after the free score — never instead of it.
Bias. Every test inherits the world that wrote it. Matrices reduce verbal load; they do not erase practice effects, anxiety, or unequal schooling. We say so.
Misuse. IQ scores have been used to rank people for jobs, schools, and worse. A free public sit is for curiosity and self-look — not to sort souls.
Your count is on screen. Sit free and see how many you got right at the end. Pay only if you want paper, a named flag, or the Codex.
Honest tools: clearer method notes, optional named certificates with registered serials, sitting reviews that explain without flattery, and a Codex that is a sourcebook plus attachable prompts — applied by a human or AI as a filter, not autopilot.
