α Standard IQ Test the sitting

Nonverbal · shapes only · scale centred on 100

Before the shapes

A standard sitting

No English on the puzzles. Only form.

This follows the same program as the common world nonverbal tests: matrix, series, odd one, analogy. Twenty original items. The scale is the ordinary one — 100 at the middle, like the maps people already know. It is not a clinic and not a copied Raven booklet.

Plasticity. The brain remaps with use. Today’s number is a snapshot, not a locked skull. The 100 is a centre, not a ceiling.

NLP. Notice the sentence you say to the puzzle — “I can’t,” “next piece,” “too hard.” That inner talk is part of the sitting. You do not have to change it. Only hear it. Then choose a shape.

One item on the page. Space left open. About fifteen quiet minutes.
