A group sitting is friends on one graph. Someone starts a group, others join with a link or code, each person pays AU$1 for their own seat, sits, then places themselves on the line. Nothing is shown until every seat has placed. Then the field opens and the ranking appears.
Each group has its own code and own reveal. There is no cross-group ladder on the sitting page. Start another group if you want a second room. For the annual event, many groups can sign up under the same year.
On the group page, fill the Alpha Standard Group Battles 2026 sign-up: your name, email, group name, and sitting score. That records you for the year. Paying AU$1 and placing on a live group graph is separate — the sign-up is the annual roll.
AU$1 a head, once per seat, paid when you join a live group. The free Alpha Standard IQ sit stays free; the dollar only opens the group seat and the place-then-reveal graph. The annual sign-up itself does not charge a second fee.
When every seat in a group has placed, the field opens. You see each person’s true sitting and their guess, and a ranking by sitting score. Until then, only names and who has placed are visible.
Group battles are framed so they can run year by year (for example Alpha Standard Group Battles 2026). Sign-ups collect name, email, group name and score for that year so the house can see who entered. Live group graphs can still be created any time.
For the annual sign-up we keep: name, email, group name, score, year, and the time you signed up. We keep them so we can run the event roll and show counts on the private house dashboard. We keep them for the event year and a reasonable time after for follow-up, then discard what we no longer need. We do not collect ID documents. To ask for removal, email alphastandardiqtest@gmail.com.
This is a self-look among friends, not a clinic and not a contest with prizes. A higher mark does not make anyone better as a person. No side, team or pile is “smarter.” Scores are a snapshot from a free sit, not a locked diagnosis.
